Island Flavour bbq

Island Flavour BBQ is a spin off of the famous Chef John’s BBQ. His granddaughter Amy Parchment has a roadside kitchen along Crewe Road that is hard to miss with flavourful smoke billowing from her grill. She offers a limited menu, but they are serving up ginormous portions of chicken legs and ribs smothered in their famous bbq sauce, along with juicy steaks. Each plate of food comes with corn on the cob, rice & beans, potato salad and a dinner roll. As a small business, you should note that Island Flavour BBQ only operates on Friday and Saturdays from 11:30am-6:30pm.
